Counter-Notification Process

- A Statement of Good Faith – Confirm that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Action Upon Receiving a DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

- Notify the content owner of the takedown request.
- Allow the content owner to submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal complaint.
Repeat Infringer Policy
dizos.xyz reserves the right to terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We may also take further legal action if necessary.
